Job summary

The Content Lead will collaborate with Curriculum Coordinators, Program Leads, and Administrators to support district goals and ensure equity-focused pedagogy. Requires teaching licensure and experience in professional learning for adults.

Qualifications

• Standard Teaching License with three years of teaching experience in content area.
• One year of experience in Cedar Rapids Community School District preferred.
• Experience with designing and conducting professional learning for adults preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide district level leadership and support for teachers, instructional coaches, and administrators in curriculum, instruction, and assessment.
• Lead and deliver professional learning for content and grade levels.
• Collaborate with district coordinators and administrators to support district goals.
• Work to align district curriculum and assessments and communicate with curriculum support teams.
