Job summary

Cedar Rapids Community School District is seeking an Instructional Lead to drive academic excellence through leadership and collaboration with teachers and administrators. The role involves guiding curriculum development and enhancing instructional practices to support student success.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in education, at least 5 years of classroom experience, and strong knowledge of the CRCSD Model of Instruction. Additional contract days with a stipend are also part of the compensation.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of successful classroom teaching experience.
• Experience in an instructional leadership role is preferred.
• Iowa teaching certification required.

Responsibilities

• Drive academic excellence through collaborative work with teachers and administrators.
• Lead curriculum development and provide ongoing professional learning.
• Advocate for all students' engagement and achievement.
