Job summary

Scowtt Inc is seeking a Content Lead to orchestrate Scowtt's content engine—turning the founder and team knowledge into posts, clips, articles, and talking points. You will manage a diverse set of contributors, set a steady weekly rhythm, and oversee a video interview series with industry voices.

You will collaborate with senior leaders, coach executives on voice, and drive content across LinkedIn, X, Instagram, TikTok and YouTube, blending AI tools to accelerate output while ensuring quality.

Qualifications

• Proven track record leading B2B content programs and directing writers, editors and video talent.
• Experience building calendars, workflows and review cycles with many contributors.
• Ability to coach executives on voice and interview CMOs and leaders.

Responsibilities

• Build and run an insight bank: capture learnings and turn into posts, clips and talking points.
• Run the team posting program, maintain a weekly calendar and voice consistency.
• Produce a video interview series with agency leaders, CMOs and adtech voices; manage bookings and shoots.
