Job summary

Endex is seeking a Content Lead in New York City to shape how the market understands agentic work. You will own the website, launches, customer stories, product education and social channels, collaborating with founders, product and GTM teams.

You’ll translate complex agentic capabilities into clear, compelling narratives and demos for demanding buyers. This is a full-time, in-person role requiring a hands-on, fast-moving writer who can drive growth and storytelling across channels.

Qualifications

• 3-8 years writing and shipping content for a B2B or technical product.
• Ability to define voice and positioning across multiple surfaces.
• Comfort interviewing engineers and translating insights into clear content.
• Experience writing for analysts, operators and executives without overselling.

Responsibilities

• Own the Narrative: define voice and positioning across all surfaces.
• Ship Launches: plan and write product announcements and release notes.
• Build Customer Stories: capture deployments as case studies and proof points.
• Explain the Product: create demos, walkthroughs, videos and guides.
• Grow Our Channels: own website, blog, LinkedIn and X.
• Enable GTM: partner with sales on decks and one-pagers.
• Measure What Works: track pipeline, engagement and inbound.
