Job summary

Bustem, LLC in New York City is seeking a Content Lead to own and scale the company’s content engine. You will develop formats, lead the creation of daily short-form videos, and ensure content performs across platforms.

About the Role

We’re hiring a Content Lead. Not just someone who makes videos, and not just someone who plans them. You do both. You understand what works, why it works, and how to produce it at scale.

You Likely

• Have posted a high volume of TikToks or Reels and built a personal following
• Understand hooks, retention, and distribution deeply
• Think in content systems, not one-off videos
• Constantly spot content opportunities in real time

Your Job

Own content, make it perform, and ship every day. Minimum: 1 video per day.
