Job summary

High Scale in Los Angeles is seeking a UGC Content Creator to produce authentic, high-performing videos at volume and speed for beauty, lifestyle, wellness, and top DTC brands.

You’ll film on iPhone/Android, adapt your delivery to each brand’s voice, and hit talking points, hooks, and product highlights. Collaborate with producers to refine tone and pacing while meeting tight deadlines.

Qualifications

• Natural on-camera presence and relatable delivery.
• 1–3 years creating TikTok, Reels, or YouTube Shorts—professionally or independently.
• Understanding pacing, hooks, and performance-driven storytelling.
• Familiar with shooting on iPhone/Android, ring lights, mics, and tripods.

As a UGC Content Creator, you’re not just filming videos—you’re shaping brand stories, driving conversions, and helping clients scale. Your content becomes the fuel behind millions of dollars in ad spend. The way you speak, react, demo products, troubleshoot objections, and build trust on camera directly influences whether campaigns hit—or miss—their targets. Your creativity becomes measurable impact.

What You’ll Do

• Create High-Performing UGC Videos
• Film short-form content that feels authentic, unscripted, and native to TikTok/Reels.
• Deliver on-camera demos, testimonials, unboxings, try-ons, and problem/solution narratives.
• Adapt your delivery and tone to match each brand’s voice and audience.
• Follow Scripts, Briefs & Creative Direction
• Interpret storyboards, bullet-point scripts, and performance frameworks.
• Ensure you hit all required talking points, hooks, CTAs, and product highlights.
• Collaborate with producers to refine tone, pacing, and angle.
• Bring Your Own Creative Ideas
• Suggest hooks, trends, formats, and POVs based on what's performing on social.
• Help shape creative variations for A/B testing.
• Identify opportunities to improve believability, storytelling, or clarity.
• Shoot Clear, Clean, High-Quality Footage
• Follow deliverable requirements for lighting, framing, audio, and exporting.
• Adjust setup to various environments to maintain consistency.
• Deliver raw footage or lightly edited versions as needed.
• Work With Speed & Reliability
• Meet deadlines in a high-volume content pipeline.
• Quickly turn around retakes and additional angles.
• Adapt to shifting priorities and fast-moving production schedules.

Who You Are

• Natural On Camera
• Comfortable speaking, reacting, and storytelling in a relatable, human way.
• Able to convey trust, enthusiasm, and authenticity without sounding scripted.
• Experienced With UGC or Short-Form Content
• 1–3 years creating TikTok, Reels, or YouTube Shorts—professionally or independently.
• Understands pacing, trends, hooks, and performance-driven storytelling.
• Creative & Trend-Aware
• You stay on top of platform trends, sounds, formats, and viral patterns.
• You know what grabs attention in the first 3 seconds.
• Organized & Reliable
• Able to follow briefs accurately and deliver on time.
• Comfortable managing multiple assignments in a fast-paced environment.
• Tech-Savvy (Content Level)
• Familiar with shooting on iPhone/Android, ring lights, mics, tripods.
• Basic editing in CapCut or similar apps is a plus.
