Basis is building real agents for the accounting industry. This role centers on writing, interviewing customers, and turning insights into compelling case studies and assets. You’ll own content across LinkedIn and X, shaping research, structure, and distribution with GEO awareness and AI-enabled workflows.

You’ll craft stories for CFOs, controllers, and partners, and help grow marketing motions that generate pipeline while exploring new formats like newsletters and podcasts.

Qualifications

• Writing-first candidate who can research topics quickly without losing craft.
• Focus on audience, distribution, and compounding returns with data.
• Understand how content earns visibility in AI assistants and search.
• Comfort interviewing customers and turning talks into tight stories.
• Able to adapt tone for a sophisticated, skeptical audience.
• Sharp social read of LinkedIn/X; point to creators/formats you know.

Responsibilities

• Own the written side of Basis content and related assets.
• Interview accountants and finance leaders and craft compelling case studies.
• Write for CFOs, controllers, and partners across firms and in-house teams.
• Think about GEO and AI visibility when researching and distributing content.
• Help build marketing motions from zero to one for the sales team.
• Build graphics, slides, and landing page copy using AI tools.
