Job summary

Testing Site - JPMC is seeking a Content Governance Specialist, Associate to drive end-to-end improvements in content processes and employee experiences. You will document procedures, standardize content workflows, and collaborate with product teams to deliver consistent, accessible experiences across our platforms.

You will analyze content performance, apply user feedback, and help scale self-service tools while maintaining risk and controls compliance across projects.

Qualifications

• 3+ years delivering measurable project results.
• Strong written and verbal communication tailored to digital products.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver Governance and Operations initiatives to improve content experiences for employees.
• Establish standard documentation for content creators and approvers.
• Maintain approval workflows and access controls.
• Define how content is stored, tracked, and optimized over time.
• Collaborate with UX designers, researchers, developers, and product teams to simplify self-service for employees.
• Ensure projects align with Risk, Control, and firm-wide guidelines.
