Job summary

Testing Site - JPMC is seeking a Senior PD&G Controls Analyst to oversee controls across Global Document Services and Card Fulfillment. You will partner with Operations and Controls to identify risks, design effective controls, and ensure regulatory compliance within a fast-paced environment.

In this role, you will lead exam readiness, prepare documentation, guide evidence collection, and coordinate responses to audits, while driving process improvements across the organization.

Qualifications

• Proficient in CORE including control creation, testing, and risk mitigation.
• 7+ years of financial services experience in controls, risk, or compliance roles.
• Strong relationship management and ability to influence stakeholders across teams.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Support risk and control strategy with PD&G and Operations to achieve strong audit ratings.
• Manage processes to ensure audit readiness with focus on controls and risk mitigation.
• Lead audit readiness activities, prepare documents, collect evidence, and respond to RFIs.
• Serve as primary contact for control testing and exam activities; coordinate evidence and communications.
