Job summary

Jazz Pharmaceuticals, Inc. is seeking a Manager, Content Factory (Operations + Personalization) to lead end-to-end content lifecycle across franchises and medical affairs.

You will enable modular, reusable content and personalized variants for omnichannel execution, coordinating with brands, agencies, and cross-functional teams to ensure compliant, high-quality assets. The role requires 5+ years in content operations within a regulated environment and experience leading managers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare, technology or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in content standards, DAM/CMS, and modular content within pharma.
• Experience leading teams that include Managers or Senior Managers.

Responsibilities

• Execute end-to-end content lifecycle across Franchise, Market Access and Medical Affairs.
• Operationalize the Content Factory model with intake, localization, and deployment.
• Translate brand requirements into modular, reusable content and personalized variants.
• Coordinate with creators, agencies, MLR, and deployment teams for timely delivery.
• Identify bottlenecks and drive continuous improvement in speed, quality, and reuse.
