Purpose of the Job:
Responsible for creating engaging, informative, and persuasive content that supports the company's marketing, branding, and sales initiatives. This role develops written materials across digital and print platforms, ensuring all content reflects the company's voice, brand standards, and business objectives.

Essential Job Responsibilities and Duties:
- Write and update content for websites, email, social, sales collateral, and internal communications
- Coordinate digital assets and performs quality checks to maintain accurate product data
- Use marketing platforms to create and implement campaigns for promotions and customer engagement
- Test new tools, technologies, and channels and use SEO tools to optimize searching and responsiveness
- Maintain visual appeal and compelling content
- Track site traffic, user behavior, and trends; report and analyze program effectiveness
- Support campaigns, product launches, trade shows, seasonal initiatives, and digital marketing execution
- Maintain website and e-commerce content as products, promotions, and business information change
- Coordinate with marketing, sales, and product teams to ensure messaging is accurate, consistent, and on brand
- Develop content calendars and meet publishing deadlines
- Responsible for daily and routine activities to maintain e-commerce websites and to support the vision and strategy for Lil' Drug Store Products' online presence
- Other duties and projects as assigned
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Journalism, Communications, Public Relations or a related field
Experience:
- Minimum of 2-years related work experience.
- Minimum 2 years of professional content writing or copywriting experience.
- Minimum of 2 years experience with SEO best practices.
- Experience writing for both digital and print media.
- Experience in consumer-packaged goods (CPG), retail, wholesale, and e-commerce preferred.

Physical and Working Environment:
- Working Hours: General office hours, typically 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM with flexibility for business and personal needs
- Working Environment: Work usually performed in an office setting and distribution center with noise level typical of most office environments with telephones, personal interruptions, and background noises
- Tools and Equipment Used: Computer, tablet, e-mail, phone, and other standard office equipment
- Travel: Travel by airplane or automobile to attend trade shows, focus groups and sales meetings. Approximate travel is 3 days per quarter
- Physical Demands: Ability to lift and carry up to 40lbs on occasion; digital dexterity and hand/eye to operate equipment such as computer keyboard, calculator, and standard office equipment.
