Job summary

Shondaland is seeking a Coordinator of Content who will operate as the central hub for the department's lists and key documents. This role involves supporting staffing needs, updating project distribution grids, and collaborating with executives to assess submissions and pitches.

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of assistant experience, a strong appreciation for the Shondaland brand, and exceptional organizational skills. This position is based in Los Angeles.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience at the Assistant level.
• Experience in drama and comedy is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support staffing needs on a project basis (e.g., sample reading, finding assistants).
• Work alongside executives on pitches and strategies.
• Update Development and Project Grid weekly after team meetings.
• Report back on content and podcasts produced.
• Attend and report back on screenings and events.
