Affim is seeking a Content Designer II to craft clear, trustworthy product experiences across web and native apps. You will partner with Product Design, Research, Product Management, Engineering, Brand, Legal, Compliance, and Customer Experience from discovery through launch.

You bring 2+ years in content design or UX writing, a strong portfolio, and the ability to work independently while collaborating across teams.

Qualificações

• 2+ years in content design, UX writing, content strategy, information architecture, or related field.
• A portfolio showing strong UX writing craft and shipped product experiences.
• Strong understanding of UX writing, information architecture, usability, accessibility, and product development.
• Ability to work independently on defined projects while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Experience collaborating with PMs, designers, researchers, engineers, legal, compliance, marketing, or brand partners.
• Clear communication skills to explain rationale, invite feedback, and advocate for customers.
• Nice to have: experience in financial services, regulated industries, native apps, design systems, or AI-enabled content workflows.

Responsabilidades

• Contribute content design to product work, shaping user flows, IA, content hierarchy, UX writing, and customer communications across web and native app experiences.
• Collaborate cross-functionally from ideation through launch and optimization.
• Help teams understand customer problems and identify content and usability opportunities.
• Write clear, accurate, concise product content across in-product flows, emails, notifications, and touchpoints.
• Use research, feedback, and data to improve content decisions and usability.
• Participate in design sprints, critiques, content reviews, and product discussions.
• Help strengthen content design practice with guidelines, patterns, and shared ways of working.
