Job summary

Smartsheet is seeking a Content Designer II to shape UX content for AI-driven features. You’ll collaborate with product, design, and engineering to ensure accurate, helpful, and brand-aligned AI responses.

You’ll drive content strategies, create personas, audits, and frameworks to scale across languages and cultures. You’ll lead the design of information architecture and user-centric experiences, while educating teams on best practices and AI ethics.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Content Strategy, Content Design, or UX Writing for software.
• Experience designing for AI/LLMs and understanding prompt engineering.

Responsibilities

• Design conversational interfaces and AI-driven outputs with Product and Engineering.
• Co-create product content with design and product teams.
• Apply content strategies and produce audits, personas, and frameworks.
• Design IA and navigation to simplify complex data/workflows.
• Educate partners on Content Design best practices and AI ethics.
• Stay current on UX and Generative AI trends.
