Salesforce is seeking a Summer 2027 Content Design Intern to join a real product team in San Francisco. You’ll work with content designers, UX researchers, PMs, and engineers on live features rather than simulated projects.

You’ll craft in-app content, learn Salesforce’s brand voice, and balance user needs with business goals while using Claude, OpenCode and Figma in a collaborative setting.

• Pursuing a North American degree and returning to school after the internship.
• Portfolio showing UX writing, storytelling and user-focused design thinking.
• Curiosity about how words and design choices shape user experience and accessibility.

Responsabilidades

• Apply standard content design methods to real features and onboarding flows.
• Utilize AI tools to craft content and user flows efficiently.
• Write clear in-product copy for onboarding, modals, notifications and UI surfaces.
• Collaborate with a mentor and cross-functional team to ideate, prototype, and iterate.
