Salesforce is seeking a Summer 2027 Content Design Intern in San Francisco to join a real product team and work with content designers, UX designers, researchers, PMs, and engineers on live features.

You’ll balance user needs with technical constraints while learning Salesforce’s brand voice and design system guidelines. Expect mentorship, hands-on prototyping, and opportunities to shape onboarding flows.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's from a North American school and returning to school after the internship.
• Portfolio of UX design work showing storytelling and UX writing ability.
• Curiosity about how words and design decisions shape user experience.

Responsabilités

• Apply standard content design methods to real features.
• Use AI tools to craft content and user flows.
• Write clear in-product copy for onboarding, modals, and UI surfaces.
• Collaborate with a mentor and cross-functional team to ideate and iterate.
• Participate in user research and usability testing and translate findings.
