Job summary

Indegene is seeking a Content Delivery Manager in Gaithersburg, MD to oversee client assets and ensure timely delivery. You will coordinate with onshore and offshore teams, manage client expectations, and drive the production lifecycle from requirements to final delivery.

Ideal candidates have 4–8 years in account management with strong relationship and organizational skills, and the ability to identify growth opportunities while collaborating with Creative and Technical Delivery teams.

Qualifications

• 4 to 8 years in an account management or related experience.
• Participation in key client meetings including status meetings and presentations.
• Has strong relationship management, organizational and management skills.
• Manages client closely and knows when to elevate internal and/or client concerns.
• Is able to identify opportunities for growth and incremental opportunities with client partners.
• Is able to work effectively with a variety of internal teams and business groups, including Creative and Technical Delivery teams.

• Work directly with the client and internal production team- in onshore and offshore, to deliver commercial marketing assets which may include websites, banner ads, emails, print collateral and social media assets.

• Support relevant stakeholders with regular status updates including on production milestones, risk management, and resolution.
• Work directly with key clients and have full accountability for delivery of assets and.
• Understand and maintain knowledge of brand and business objectives to align marketing programs with Brand goals.
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with peers and leaders, ensuring successful client Partnership.
