Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • 5-8 years of experience in marketing, content management, agency management, advertising, or related functions.
  • Experience managing external creative agencies and content production workflows.
  • Strong project management and stakeholder coordination skills.
  • Experience supporting integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing, social media, CRM, website content, and creative production processes.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

  • Manage day-to-day relationships with creative agency partners, including briefs, timelines, reviews, and asset delivery.
  • Coordinate content development across digital, social, CRM, web, and other marketing channels.
  • Maintain content calendars, production schedules, and marketing workflows.
  • Support execution of integrated marketing campaigns from planning through launch.
  • Coordinate stakeholders across marketing, digital, operations, compliance, and external partners.
  • Track project milestones, approvals, deliverables, and launch readiness.
  • Ensure content aligns with brand guidelines, approved messaging, and quality standards.
  • Facilitate content review and approval processes with relevant stakeholders.
  • Maintain marketing project plans, workflow visibility, and reporting.
  • Identify process improvements and help optimize content production and agency operations.

  • Experience working with cross-functional enterprise teams.
