Job summary

Matic is seeking a Content Creator to bring our story to life through compelling video and photography. You will shape our creative voice and impact across social channels, with a focus on fast, high‑quality execution.

You will shoot, edit, and produce social‑first content, driving projects from concept to final cut. A portfolio demonstrating social video and photography is required, along with experience in After Effects and Premiere Pro.

Qualifications

• Strong editing fundamentals with vertical video storytelling.
• 2+ years hands-on experience creating and editing video content.
• Proficiency with Premiere Pro and After Effects.
• Motion graphics to animate type and graphics in After Effects.
• Shooting and composition for product, lifestyle, and BTS photography.
• Comfort directing talent on camera and in interviews.
• Familiarity with AI video production workflows.
• A portfolio is required: submit social‑first video and photography samples.
• Fast execution from idea to finished piece.
• Collaborative mindset with openness to feedback.

Responsibilities

• Shoot and edit social-first video for Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, paid social, and other digital channels.
• Turn creative briefs, references, rough ideas, and existing footage into polished finished content.
• Capture clean, professional product, lifestyle, and behind‑the‑scenes photography.
• Own projects from capture through final edit, including lighting, audio, color, sound design, motion graphics, and typography.
• Create multiple variations and iterations for paid media testing and rapid learning.
• Use After Effects to add thoughtful motion, typography, graphics, and visual treatments.
• Spot ideas in existing footage or cultural moments and bring them to life quickly—without approvals.
• Contribute creative ideas with references, pitches angles, and improvements.
