Matic is building home robots to give people time and energy back. Our first product, a Wall-E-esque floor cleaning robot, uses real-time 3D mapping and on-device neural networks.

We’re seeking a Content Creator to bring Matic’s story to life through compelling video and photography, shaping our creative voice with immediate impact. You will shoot social-first content, capture product and lifestyle imagery, and own projects end-to-end from capture to final edit using After Effects and Premiere

Qualifications

• 2+ years hands-on video content creation and editing.
• Proficiency with Premiere Pro and After Effects (demonstrated fluency across multiple projects).
• Strong short-form, vertical video storytelling and pacing.
• Portfolio required showcasing social-first video and photography contributions.
• Ability to direct talent, conduct interviews, and guide on-camera performances.
• Familiarity with AI video production workflows and tools.

Responsibilities

• Shoot and edit social-first video for Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, paid social, and other digital channels.
• Turn briefs, references, rough ideas, and existing footage into polished content.
• Capture clean product, lifestyle, and BTS photography.
• Own projects from capture through final edit, including lighting, audio, color, sound design, motion graphics, and typography.
• Create variations for paid media testing and rapid learning.
• Use After Effects to add motion, typography, graphics, and visual treatments.
• Spot ideas in existing footage and bring them to life quickly with minimal approvals.
• Contribute creative ideas and pitches to improve the work.
