Job summary

Pump is seeking a Content Creator in San Francisco to elevate our cloud-cost storytelling. You will craft short-form video content and social posts that resonate with engineers, founders, and finance leaders, spanning LinkedIn, X, YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram.

You'll script, film, and edit stories from founders and customers, build Pump's social presence, and collaborate with marketing and design to transform launches and wins into engaging content. This role is hands-on and fast-paced.

Qualifications

2–4 years creating social/video content for a brand, startup, or personal channels.
A portfolio or channel showing real audience growth.
Comfortable on camera and behind it; strong editing skills.
Curious about tech and willing to learn cloud space.
Thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
Available to work 5 days a week onsite in San Francisco.

Responsibilities

Create short-form video and social content for LinkedIn, X, YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram.
Script, film, and edit content from founder and customer stories to explainers.
Grow Pump's social following and engagement.
Turn launches, blog posts, and customer wins into social-first content with marketing and design.
Spot trends quickly and ship content fast.
Track performance and double down on what works.
