Job summary

Alma is seeking a Social Video Creator to produce high-impact short-form videos across Reels, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube Shorts. You will own the process from concept through posting, translating product features and company moments into engaging clips.

Ideal candidates bring a portfolio of short-form work, proficiency in CapCut, Premiere, or Final Cut, and a sharp eye for what performs on social video. This is a Bay Area hybrid role with opportunities to work on-site at events.

Qualifications

• Portfolio of short videos demonstrating scroll-stopping edits.
• Fluent in shooting and editing short-form video using CapCut, Premiere or Final Cut.
• Strong instincts for what performs on video and why.
• Able to move fast without sacrificing quality.

Responsibilities

• Shoot, edit, and publish short-form videos across platforms.
• Develop platform-native ideas for X, LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram and TikTok.
• Turn product features and company moments into scroll-stopping videos.
• Own full video process end-to-end from concept to posting.
