Qualifications

• Natural storyteller with creative instincts.
• Proven experience creating engaging organic content, especially short-form video.
• Comfortable filming, editing, writing, and publishing independently.
• Strong writing skills for compelling social media posts.
• Deep understanding of internet culture and what makes content spread.

Responsibilities

• Film and produce engaging short-form videos for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and other platforms.
• Capture behind-the-scenes moments from Pocket's daily life.
• Create content around product development, launches, team culture, milestones, and challenges.
• Interview founders, engineers, designers, and other team members.
• Independently handle filming, editing, and publishing.
• Experiment with formats to maximize organic reach.
• Turn real company moments into compelling stories.
• Develop original content ideas that build an authentic Pocket voice.
