Job summary

VIIA is seeking a high-energy Content Creator & Social Media Manager in San Diego to build, shoot, edit, post, travel and grow a fast-moving consumer brand. This contract role is 25–30 hours/week with a path to full-time, on-site in North County San Diego.

You’ll own our TikTok and Instagram presence, film short-form content, edit Reels and TikToks, coordinate creators and content calendars, and collaborate with founders, athletes and influencers. Travel for shoots is expensed by the company.

Qualifications

• Experience creating vertical video content for TikTok and Instagram.
• Ability to ideate hooks, trends and content concepts.
• Comfort with shooting and editing content across multiple formats.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow our presence across TikTok and Instagram.
• Film short-form content consistently.
• Be comfortable in front of and behind the camera.
• Shoot lifestyle, product, founder, influencer and campaign content.
• Develop concepts, hooks, trends and content ideas.
• Edit fast-paced Reels, TikToks and social-first videos.
• Attend shoots, events and collaborations around San Diego.
• Help coordinate creators, shoots and content calendars.
• Manage posting, community engagement and social execution.
