Job summary

Our client, a leading airline company, is seeking a Social Creative/Content Creator based in the Pacific Northwest with hybrid work options in Seattle, WA. You will shoot and edit short-form social content tailored for TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube Shorts, delivering fast-turnaround trend pieces and higher production videos.

The role requires strong shooting fundamentals, a polished reel, and proficiency with Premiere Pro or CapCut.

Qualifications

• Impressive portfolio showing fast-turn trend content and premium work.
• Strong shooting fundamentals including composition, lighting, and audio.
• Proficient editing in Premiere Pro, CapCut or similar.
• Proven ability to take loose direction and run with it.
• On-set/field production experience; travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Shoot and edit short-form video for trend-responsive content turned around in hours and premium content built over days/weeks
• Translate briefs and creative direction into finished content independently
• Adapt style, pacing, and format across platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts)
• Capture content primarily in the Pacific Northwest, with occasional travel for production
• Stay fluent in social trends and editing techniques and share insights with the team
• Manage gear, shot lists, and basic production logistics on set and in the field
• Collaborate with the social team, influencer program, and cross-functional partners on shoots

Job Summary Our client, a leading airline company, is seeking a Social Creative/Content Creator who lives at the intersection of camera and cut. You'll shoot and edit social content that ranges from same-day trend turnarounds to premium, brand-defining pieces — often for the same week. You know how a video needs to feel on TikTok versus Reels versus YouTube Shorts, and you edit accordingly. You take a brief, add your own point of view, and deliver. Most of your work will be based in the Pacific Northwest, with opportunities to travel for production. This position is W-2 only. We do not work with third-party firms or C2C arrangements for this role.

Core Responsibilities

• Shoot and edit short-form video for social trend-responsive content turned around in hours, and premium content built over days/weeks
• Translate briefs and creative direction into finished content independently
• Adapt style, pacing, and format across platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts)
• Capture content primarily in the Pacific Northwest, with occasional travel for production (flights, destinations, events, creator/influencer shoots)
• Stay fluent in social trends, sounds, formats, and editing techniques, and bring that knowledge back to the team
• Manage your own gear, shot lists, and basic production logistics on set and in the field
• Collaborate with the social team, influencer program, and cross-functional partners on shoots

Required Skills/Experience (Must-Haves)

• Impressive portfolio/reel showing both fast-turn trend content and more produced, premium work
• Strong shooting fundamentals (composition, lighting, audio) comfortable running solo or with a small crew
• Editing fluency in Premiere, CapCut, or similar
• Proven track record of taking loose direction and running with it
• On-set/field production experience Comfortable with occasional travel

Preferred Skills/Experience (Nice-to-Haves)

• Photography experience
• Motion graphics and/or sound design experience

Work Environment

Location: Seattle, WA

HYBRID

Contract: 6 months

Compensation & Benefits Pay Range: The approximate pay range for this position is between $24.00 and $35.00 per hour. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and location. We comply with local wage minimums.
