Job summary

PubW, a Publicis Groupe unit, is seeking a Planner of Content in New York to support ideation, development and execution of campaigns for our clients across platforms, focusing on content‑driven media partnerships and creator marketing.

Reporting to a Supervisor, you will help activate programs with digital publishers, manage timely launches with meticulous attention to detail, and collaborate with inter‑agency teams to deliver integrated sponsorships and content creation.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in integrated marketing, content strategy and execution; agency side experience preferred.
• Knowledge of brand marketing and production across media platforms.
• Creative thinker with strength in digital and social content marketing – influencer marketing.
• Strong project management skills including organization, attention to detail, and ability to multi-task.
• Ability to pivot, self-direct and move projects forward independently.
• Ability to work both independently and as a member of a focused team of professionals.
• Strong knowledge of Prisma, Microsoft Suite, Google docs.
• Digital landscape and program knowledge preferred, OS and Prisma.

Responsibilities

• Supporting with program activation with digital and content publishers, contributing to drive creativity, ideation, and innovation that leads to ownable consumer engagement opportunities in the content and digital space.
• Steward smooth and timely campaign launch and execution thanks to a sharp attention to detail throughout the execution process.
• Support project execution from start to finish, including integrated sponsorships and content creation across linear, digital, social and creator.
• Draft consideration sets and RFP; Evaluate vendors proposal and provide feedback to ensure best value for clients; Build recommendation with the help of the AD.
• Working knowledge of the content & digital landscape; build relationships across content and digital partners; manage deliverables for content/creator campaigns.
