Position Overview: We are seeking a charismatic and creative individual to develop engaging video content focused on Business studies. If you thrive in front of the camera and are passionate about making complex topics accessible, this role is for you!

Team & Mission: The Pearson+ Content Team aims to build the world’s most helpful video courses, helping millions of students succeed. You will lead the development of comprehensive video courses and be the main instructor for business-related topics.

Responsibilities:

• Co-lead the development of video courses in business studies, including accounting and finance.
• Plan curricula and individual lessons.
• Write lesson worksheets and problems, record lessons.
• Set and review team goals.
• Provide and receive feedback to improve work products.
• Assist in hiring, training, and process improvements.
• Participate in regular meetings between 9am-5pm EST.

Qualifications:

• Ability to explain complex concepts clearly and engagingly.
• High standards for work quality and attention to detail.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in business studies or equivalent experience.
• Ability to set up a quiet recording space at home (equipment provided).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience teaching or tutoring college students in related fields.
• Experience in curriculum development or educational publishing.
• Experience creating educational videos.
• Advanced degree in a quantitative field preferred.
• Experience with video equipment/software or willingness to learn.
• Engagement with students on social media is a plus.
