Join us as a Content Creator in Business Studies, including Economics, Accounting, and Finance at Pearson.

We are seeking a charismatic and creative individual for a full-time, permanent role. You will develop engaging video content focused on Business Studies, making complex topics accessible and engaging for students.

About Our Team

The Pearson+ Content Team aims to build the world’s most helpful video courses, helping millions of students succeed. You will lead the development of comprehensive video courses for business subjects, serving as the main instructor (example: video example).

Your Responsibilities

• Co-lead the development of video courses in business studies, including accounting and finance.
• Plan curricula and individual lessons.
• Write lesson worksheets and problems, record lessons.
• Set and track team goals.
• Provide and receive feedback to improve work quality.
• Assist with hiring, training, and process improvements.
• Participate in regular meetings between 9am-5pm EST for planning and review.
• Perform other reasonable duties as required.
