SERVPRO Content Creator

We’re growing—and looking to bring on a creative, strategic Content Creator to help share our story and services with the world.

Position Overview:

SERVPRO is seeking a talented and organized Content Creator to join our marketing team. This individual will be responsible for producing high-quality photo and video content that highlights the restoration services we provide year-round. The Content Creator will work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute seasonal, service-aligned campaigns, ensuring each piece of content is strategically timed and posted across all relevant social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate compelling photo and video content of ongoing and completed restoration jobs (e.g., water damage, fire recovery, mold remediation, storm cleanups).
  
  
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute monthly/seasonal content strategies based on service demand trends and marketing goals.
  
  
• Edit and optimize multimedia content for different platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).
  
  
• Create and manage a content calendar to ensure timely posts that align with seasonal service offerings.
  
  
• Ensure brand consistency in all visual and written materials.
  
  
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of social media trends and apply best practices to ServPro’s content.
  
  
• Attend team meetings and participate in brainstorming sessions for upcoming campaigns.
  
  
• Track content performance and contribute insights for optimization.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in content creation, photography, and videography.
  
  
• Proficiency with editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Lightroom, or similar).
  
  
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and best practices for engagement.
  
  
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
  
  
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  
  
• Familiarity with or willingness to learn about restoration industry terminology and processes.
  
  
• Ability to work independently in the field and in a team setting.
  
  
• Flexible availability to capture content at various job sites, sometimes on short notice.
  
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• Use of AI Software and generating AI imagery
  
  
• Graphic design experience is a plus.
  
  
• Video and motion imagery editing .
  
  

Working Conditions:

• This role is fully remote and offers the ability to work from home either on a Freelance or Full-time basis
