To support this mission, we’re hiring a Natural Skincare Content Creator to educate, inspire, and grow our digital community.

About the Role

As our Natural Skincare Content Creator, you’ll be the voice and face of Bambu Earth’s holistic skincare philosophy—crafting thoughtful, engaging content across platforms that educates, builds trust, and connects deeply with our audience. You’ll create both short- and long-form content across social, email, blog, and video, focusing on product education, skincare routines, ingredient breakdowns, and industry trends. You’ll also engage daily with our growing online community to answer questions, reply to comments, and provide skincare support rooted in your professional expertise. This is a full-time, remote position best suited for a licensed esthetician with a strong personal presence on social media and a deep understanding of natural skincare.

Responsibilities

• Create original, brand-aligned content on a regular schedule (Reels, Stories, Lives, blog posts, etc.)
• Educate audiences on skincare trends, routines, ingredients, and holistic esthetics practices
• Develop product-focused content that highlights real use, real skin, and real results
• Stay on top of trends in holistic and natural skincare to keep our content fresh and relevant
• Write clearly and compellingly across platforms (Instagram captions, email copy, blog posts)
• Actively manage and engage with comments and DMs on Bambu Earth’s social platforms
• Collaborate with our marketing, education, and customer support teams to align messaging and strategy
• Represent the brand voice with warmth, clarity, and authority

Qualifications

• You are a licensed esthetician (holistic esthetics background strongly preferred)
• You have 1–3 years of experience creating content for a brand or personal skincare account and have demonstrated the ability to grow an organic following
• You have an active social media presence that reflects your skill in communicating with authenticity and clarity
• You’re fluent in natural skincare ingredients and product benefits—and you love helping people understand their skin
• You’re comfortable on camera, in writing, and in direct community interaction
• You’re organized, proactive, and communicative in a remote work environment
