The Learning Creator is a creative, forward-thinking professional with exceptional execution skills, responsible for growing our client’s Learning & Development (L&D) organization. As a Learning & Development Creator, you will join a dedicated team committed to creating top-tier learning experiences across various modalities, requiring a blend of technical skills, creativity, collaboration, and a focus on effective learning outcomes.

• Design, develop, and deliver high-quality, learner-centric materials including modules, courses, workshops, assessments, pull-through materials, and multimedia content. Scriptwriting for audio/video may also be required.
• Collaborate with Learning Architects and stakeholders to understand learning objectives, design, process, timeline, and deployment requirements to ensure effective solutions aligned with business outcomes.
• Use authoring tools and desktop publishing software such as Articulate 360, PowerPoint, Adobe InDesign & Illustrator, Camtasia, and Vyond to create engaging learning content.
• Apply instructional design, graphic design, technical, and user experience principles to optimize courses for learning outcomes.
• Test and ensure functionality across devices and platforms, addressing technical issues as needed.
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to improve learning strategies.
• Support the approval process by incorporating feedback from Medical, Legal, and Regulatory teams, ensuring compliance.
• Manage the end-to-end creation of learning deliverables, including content standards, quality assurance, and content packaging for LMS upload.

Requirements:

This contract runs through the end of 2025.

Ideal candidates will demonstrate initiative, integrity, and a results-oriented mindset, with the following qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree required; Master’s in Learning or Instructional Technology preferred.
• 3-5 years of relevant experience in content creation within a learning and development environment.
• Excellent writing skills for creating clear, engaging content across modalities and audiences.
• Proficiency with authoring tools like Articulate 360 (Storyline/Rise), Adobe Captivate, and other learning technologies to produce videos, podcasts, infographics, and interactive PDFs.
• Strong understanding of learning and development principles.
• Excellent communication skills for managing stakeholder expectations and mitigating risks.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Teams, SharePoint, Planner, Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
• Life sciences/pharmaceutical experience is highly preferred.
• High learning agility and attention to detail.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to operationalize and scale processes.
• Willingness to work remotely with approximately 10% domestic travel.

The hourly rate is approximately $50.00, subject to experience and qualifications.
