Blissy, a fast-growing Beauty and Sleep Wellness brand, is seeking a Content Creator to join our Social Team in Burbank. You will produce compelling, trend-driven content across IG, FB, Pinterest, TikTok, and YouTube, and be on camera daily to engage followers.

The role focuses on video creation, asset development, copywriting, and publishing, with collaboration across the creative team to grow our brand presence and drive engagement on paid and organic channels.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in content creation or social media.
• Comfortable appearing on camera daily.
• Strong editing and writing skills.
• Familiarity with TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as on-screen talent across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, Facebook, and more.
• Develop, film, and edit high-quality short-form content for paid and organic channels.
• Collaborate with marketing to drive sales through social platforms.
• Identify trends and cultural moments to keep content relevant.
• Manage end-to-end production from concept to delivery.
• Organize a library of in-house footage for cross-department use.
• Conduct live streams during peak sale times and holidays.
