Asian Career House is seeking a Content Coordinator to transform mentor expertise into downloadable resources and to shape a valuable content library for the community.

You will collaborate with mentors to extract knowledge, ghostwrite and design high-quality guides, and ensure resources align with the directory's value proposition. This role emphasizes resource development, collaborative workflows, and ongoing content planning.

Qualifications

• Strong portfolio showing content creation, writing, or instructional design.
• Canva, Adobe or similar tools to produce professional, on-brand resources.
• Excellent interpersonal skills for interviewing experts and guiding a creative process.
• Self-starter who can turn rough mentor ideas into polished, download-ready PDFs.

Responsibilities

• Resource Development: lead end-to-end creation of downloadable assets (PDFs, checklists, templates, workbooks).
• Mentor Collaboration: interview or work with mentors to extract expertise and ghostwrite/design guides under their brand.
• Content Strategy: develop a content calendar highlighting directory providers and showcasing talent.
• Template Design: create SOPs or templates to help mentors contribute to the directory.
• Cross-Team Support: collaborate with the Mentor Recruiter and Community Coordinator to support recruitment kits and education posts.

We are looking for a creative and systematic Content Coordinator to turn mentor expertise into our community’s greatest assets. You will be the architect of our downloadable library and the creative engine behind our directory’s value proposition. You will collaborate directly with industry mentors to co-create professional resources that help our mentees succeed and help our directory grow organically.

Key Responsibilities

• Resource Development: Lead the end-to-step creation of downloadable assets (PDFs, checklists, templates, and workbooks) for our website. Initiate collaboration opportunities with our experts from our mentor directory to curate valuable resources.
• Mentor Collaboration: Interview or work alongside mentors to "extract" their expertise and ghostwrite/design high-value guides under their brand.
• Content Strategy: Develop a content calendar that highlights directory "providers," ensuring we are regularly showcasing the talent within our community.
• Template Design: Create "Standard Operating Procedures" or templates for mentors to use, making it easier for them to contribute value to the directory.
• Cross-Team Support: Work with the Mentor Recruiter to create "Recruitment Kits" and with the Community Coordinator to provide high-quality educational posts for the Facebook Group.

Qualifications

• Strong Portfolio: Experience in content creation, technical writing, or instructional design (making complex info easy to understand).
• Design Literacy: Proficiency in Canva, Adobe, or similar tools to ensure resources look professional and "on-brand."
• Interpersonal Skills: You are comfortable interviewing experts and guiding them through a creative process.
• Self-Starter: You can take a rough idea from a mentor and turn it into a polished, ready-to-download PDF.
