Qualifications

• Legal authorization to work in the United States.
• Comfort with photography and videography, including basic editing.
• Strong written communication and ability to adapt tone for audiences.

Responsibilities

• Capture photos and videos at events and programs; organize media in shared drives.
• Draft social captions, newsletters, and ad-hoc communications.
• Format newsletters, build audience lists, and manage email sends.
• Maintain positive relationships with staff, fellows, and external guests.
• Serve as primary receptionist and support onsite events and logistics.
