About Us

Australian Glow is an Aussie-born beauty brand known for clean, easy-to-use self-tan products — and we’re about to expand into new product categories very soon. We’re currently building our U.S. presence and are looking for our first full-time U.S.-based team member to help us grow across content, community, and social media.

This role is ideal for someone who’s creative, confident on camera, and wants to be part of something early-stage, with real influence over how we show up in the U.S. market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Film and edit short-form content (TikTok, Instagram Reels) on a weekly basis
• Be the on-camera face of the brand for social content (think: glow-ups, tutorials, reactions, and trend videos)
• Monitor TikTok/IG trends and jump on them quickly with brand-relevant ideas
• Respond to DMs and comments to help grow our U.S. community
• Assist with creator outreach, PR seeding, and building relationships with local beauty influencers
• Collaborate closely with our Australian-based team on product launches, campaigns, and content planning

About You:

• You’re confident speaking to camera and love creating content around beauty and self-tanning
• You understand TikTok and IG trends and how to create engaging, authentic short-form content
• You’re highly organised and comfortable working independently
• You’re creative and bring ideas to the table — not just execute them
• Experience in content creation, beauty, UGC, or social media coordination is a plus (but not required)
