Job summary

Steelite International - Factory Site in New Castle, PA, is seeking a Content & Communications Manager (Maternity Cover) to drive marketing communications and PR through high-quality content across digital channels and the hospitality portfolio.

You'll manage the end-to-end content process, collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Product Management and Design, and support product launches, campaigns and events. This role focuses on engaging audiences and elevating the Steelite brands globally.

Qualifications

• Experience in marketing communications, content creation, PR or a similar role.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with strong attention to detail.
• Creative, confident and able to produce engaging content across multiple channels.
• Organised and proactive with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Good understanding of digital marketing, brand management, SEO and social media.

Responsibilities

• Plan and create engaging written, visual, photographic and video content across digital and marketing channels.
• Manage content calendars, websites, newsletters and social media in line with brand guidelines and marketing priorities.
• Support product launches, campaigns, events, exhibitions and PR activity, including photography, videography and promotional materials.
• Develop case studies, project features, presentations, product briefs and sales materials.
• Conduct competitor, market and trend research to inform content and marketing activity.
• Monitor content performance and use insights to improve engagement and campaign effectiveness.
• Support SEO, website optimisation and emerging content trends, including AI.
• Work closely with Marketing, Sales, Product Management, Design and external partners to deliver effective communications.
• Support marketing administration, including purchase orders, expenditure and budget reconciliation.
