Job summary

ID’s Content Team represents individual projects for theatrical film, television, and streaming services alongside production companies and a number of other entertainment entities. We spearhead everything from release campaigns, festival launches, unit publicity and awards campaigns for our projects.

In each case, ID employs a specialized, results-driven approach to each campaign, highlighting the individual strengths and unique characteristics of each new work.

Qualifications

  • Interest in entertainment publicity as a career.
  • Strong writing, research, organizational, and proofreading skills.
  • Detail-oriented and resourceful.
  • Self-starter with ambition, able to work independently and collaborate on teams.
  • Ability to work well on deadlines and take direction.

Responsibilities

  • Heavy administrative support for teams, including managing all client documents, scheduling, confirmations, and coordination of press opportunities, events and junkets.
  • Monitoring and servicing of client press, maintenance of assets, and media lists.
  • Participating in team client strategy ideation and execution with increasing responsibilities and opportunities commensurate with experience. In success and with the guidance of your Manager, participating in pitching efforts, beginning to form industry relationships as a result of mentoring and valuable introductions.
  • Compensated out-of-hours work is sometimes required for industry and client events such as screenings, red carpet coverage and junkets.

ID’s Content Team represents individual projects for theatrical film, television, and streaming services alongside production companies and a number of other entertainment entities. We spearhead everything from release campaigns, festival launches, unit publicity and awards campaigns for our projects. In each case, ID employs a specialized, results-driven approach to each campaign, highlighting the individual strengths and unique characteristics of each new work.

This is an exceptional entry-level opportunity for a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join this high-performance team. Candidates must have excellent verbal and written communication skills, maintain the highest level of confidentiality and thrive in a fast-paced environment. This is a challenging, exciting career-track position designed to train future entertainment publicists in all aspects of the profession and media landscape.

Specific responsibilities include

Job Type: Full-time

  • Pay: From $45,000.00 per year plus overtime
  • 4 days a week in-person inNew York; Monday - Thursday; remote on Fridays
