Job description

I'm looking to add a Content & Social Graduate to my team at Sage in Atlanta.

If you're early in your career and interested in content, social media, and digital marketing, take a look and apply.

Location: Atlanta

Please note that this is a hybrid role requiring 3 days per week in the office.

Why join Sage as a graduate?

At Sage, we believe your career should start with opportunity, growth, and purpose. As a graduate, you'll benefit from structured training and development programs designed to build your skills and confidence from day one. You'll also have access to Sage Foundation, our global initiative that gives you five paid volunteer days each year to make a positive impact in your community.

Key Responsibilities

What will you be involved in?

Our Graduate Content & Social Program is designed for graduates who are creative, curious about audiences and digital trends, and passionate about telling compelling stories that engage customers. You will sit within Sage's integrated Content & Social team in Atlanta, gaining hands‑on experience creating and publishing content, supporting social media channels and contributing to campaigns, with opportunities to collaborate across both North America and UK markets. You will be supported by a dedicated manager throughout the program.

During your time on the program, you could be involved in:

  • Creating and publishing content across social media and digital channels
  • Supporting content planning and editorial calendars
  • Assisting with campaign execution and day‑to‑day marketing activities
  • Monitoring social media performance, engagement and audience insights
  • Conducting research into industry trends, customer needs and content opportunities
  • Working with content, social and creative teams to deliver integrated campaigns
  • Helping track and report on content and social performance
  • Supporting project coordination, timelines, approvals and team administration
  • Contributing ideas for content, storytelling and audience engagement

This program is designed to give you meaningful, hands‑on experience from day one, with structured onboarding, regular coaching and feedback, mentoring from experienced content and social professionals, a personalized development plan, and the support and space to learn, ask questions and grow. By the end of the program, you will have built a strong foundation in content and social marketing, gained confidence analyzing performance and audience engagement, and created a portfolio of work showcasing your creativity, storytelling and marketing skills.

What we're looking for

To be eligible for this role, you'll need to hold a degree in a related discipline such as Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Media Studies, Digital Media, English, Public Relations, Advertising, or Business. Previous content, social media or marketing experience is not required; relevant experience from education, placements, volunteering, societies, part‑time work or personal projects is beneficial, but enthusiasm, creativity and potential are most important.

  • A curious mindset and eagerness to learn
  • A genuine interest in content creation, social media, marketing and technology
  • Strong written communication skills, with an eye for engaging content
  • Experience with short‑form video/content creation
  • Support content creation and social media coverage for events, sponsorships, and marketing campaigns
  • An organized, detail‑oriented approach
  • Creativity and a willingness to contribute ideas
  • A proactive, collaborative working style
  • Openness to receiving feedback and learning new skills
  • Confidence using digital tools and conducting research
  • An interest in audience behavior, storytelling and digital trends
What you can expect from the process
  • Apply online with your CV
  • Complete screening, cognitive testing and video interview
  • If successful at video interview stage, you will be invited to attend a final stage assessment
  • Successful candidates will join us in October 2026
