What will you be involved in?
Our Graduate Content & Social Program is designed for graduates who are creative, curious about audiences and digital trends, and passionate about telling compelling stories that engage customers. You will sit within Sage's integrated Content & Social team in Atlanta, gaining hands‑on experience creating and publishing content, supporting social media channels and contributing to campaigns, with opportunities to collaborate across both North America and UK markets. You will be supported by a dedicated manager throughout the program.
During your time on the program, you could be involved in:
This program is designed to give you meaningful, hands‑on experience from day one, with structured onboarding, regular coaching and feedback, mentoring from experienced content and social professionals, a personalized development plan, and the support and space to learn, ask questions and grow. By the end of the program, you will have built a strong foundation in content and social marketing, gained confidence analyzing performance and audience engagement, and created a portfolio of work showcasing your creativity, storytelling and marketing skills.
To be eligible for this role, you'll need to hold a degree in a related discipline such as Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Media Studies, Digital Media, English, Public Relations, Advertising, or Business. Previous content, social media or marketing experience is not required; relevant experience from education, placements, volunteering, societies, part‑time work or personal projects is beneficial, but enthusiasm, creativity and potential are most important.
