Job summary

Teachers Retirement Association (TRA) is seeking a Content and Accessibility Coordinator in St. Paul, MN. You will develop and coordinate content strategies, edit digital and print materials, and ensure accessibility compliance across channels.

You will collaborate with TRA staff, vendors, and partners to align content with editorial standards, ADA/WCAG guidelines, and brand voice, while managing competing priorities and timelines. This role requires in-person work with up to 10% travel.

Qualifications

• Three years of progressive organizational communication experience.
• CMS experience (Drupal) and translating complex info to plain language.
• Knowledge of ADA/WCAG accessibility guidelines and standards.
• Proficiency with Adobe CC, CommonLook, Acrobat Pro, and related tools.
• MS Office, Webex, DAM, and other software familiarity.
• Ability to diagnose content/accessibility issues and propose improvements.
• Strong editing, proofreading, and adherence to editorial style guides.
• Plan, organize, and manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and coordinate content writing and accessibility strategies.
• Apply TRA brand and editorial standards across digital and print content.
• Coordinate accessibility improvements with stakeholders and vendors.
• Draft, edit, and proofread high-volume communications with accuracy.
• Collaborate on enterprise projects and present to diverse audiences.
• Support content lifecycle from planning to deployment and review.
