Job Title: Contact Center Representative

Department: Record Retrieval, Contact Center

Hourly Rate: $13-$14/hr

Shift Hours: 08:00 am to 05:00 pm, including break

Job Type: Long-term Seasonal role (6+ months)

• Eligibility: Applicants must be eligible to work and perform their job responsibilities within the United States.
• Equipment & Internet: Candidates must have their own Windows-based system or laptop to perform this role, along with possessing high-speed internet with an Ethernet connection.
