POSITION OVERVIEW
MCI is a leading tech-enabled business services company delivering Customer Experience (CX), Business Process Outsourcing (BPO), and cloud technology solutions. The contact center Recruiter will source, screen, and hire top talent for a high-volume BPO environment.
Successful candidates will complete a full application and pre-employment test.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for contact center roles.
- Source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and events.
- Conduct interviews, assessments, and background checks.
- Coordinate with hiring managers on staffing needs and timelines.
- Maintain accurate recruitment records and reports.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the process.
- Support employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives.
CANDIDATE QUALIFICATIONS
Ideal candidates are highly motivated and dedicated. Requirements include:
- Associates Degree, Certification, or equivalent combination of training and experience.
- 1+ years of recruitment experience in a BPO or high-volume environment.
- Strong sourcing, interviewing, and candidate evaluation skills.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple roles and deadlines simultaneously.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Office environment; sedentary, sit/stand for long periods, use computer and headset. May move around required tasks, reach, lift up to 40 pounds.
