About The Role

As a Contact Center Agent, you'll be the first point of contact with homeowners dreaming of a better home. Your conversations help lay the foundation for our Design Consultants to close the sale. You'll be supported by strong training, a team, and performance-based bonuses.

What You'll Do

• Connect with inbound and outbound leads to qualify interest and schedule appointments
• Create excitement around remodeling services (roofing, siding, windows, and baths)
• Hit weekly appointment and conversion targets
• Manage CRM leads, emails, texts, and internal communications
• Confirm next-day appointments and follow up with potential clients
• Stay agile and team-focused as company needs evolve

• Average Pay with commissions/bonuses: $26-$30+/hr
