Qualifications

• Bilingual strongly preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Successful completion of Harborstone's required internal training programs and Financial Navigator certifications.
• Proven ability to build relationships and deliver outstanding member experiences.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to learn and navigate financial products, services, and operational processes.

Responsibilities

• Build and strengthen relationships with new and existing members by understanding their unique financial goals.
• Deliver excellent service through members' preferred channels: phone, email, and in-person.
• Identify opportunities to provide solutions that support members' financial well-being.
• Serve as a financial coach, helping members set goals and celebrate successes.
• Leverage lending expertise to uncover needs and recommend products and services.
• Educate members on mortgage solutions and connect them with specialists when needed.
• Resolve complex inquiries with strong problem-solving skills.
• Support team development and training initiatives.
• Contribute to Harborstone's mission and member-first culture.
