The role emphasizes accuracy, customer service, and cross-team coordination to ensure efficient loan closings and portfolio management.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of relevant experience required.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• NMLS license required or ability to obtain within 6 months.
• Proficient in MS Word and Excel.
• Valid Driver's License.
• ENB Operational and Functional Competencies.

Responsibilities

• Assist in loan origination workflow from application to closing.
• Coordinate loan approval with Relationship Managers and Underwriters.
• Research borrower and collateral details; due diligence.
• Prepare and maintain client credit files.
• Oversee loan closing process with third-party stakeholders.
• Monitor compliance with lending policies and regulations.
• Use CRM for documentation and tracking.
• Support relationship managers in new loan efforts.
