Job summary

Alvarez & Marsal Deutschland GmbH is seeking a Management Consulting Associate for students pursuing undergraduate and non-MBA master’s degrees with graduation dates between December 2026 through July 2027. Our full-time class starts in September 2027.

CRG, the Consumer & Retail Group, delivers growth strategy, transformation, and digital analytics for private equity, hedge funds, and corporate clients. Expect challenging projects, a collaborative culture, and frequent client exposure.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate or non-MBA master’s degree from a top university.
• Internship or relevant experience in consumer/retail, consulting, or corporate roles with financial/operational focus.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Access.
• Analytical and data-fluent, able to distill complex insights into clear actions.
• Creative problem-solver with a talent for building tools and streamlining processes.
• Commercially minded, with experience in proposal development.
• Polished communicator with strong written, verbal, and presentation skills.
• Willing to travel up to 70% (Monday–Friday).
