Qualifications

• 5+ of related experience in project management or consulting.
• Experience with large-scale implementations is preferred.
• Experience in healthcare or hospital settings is preferred.
• Formal project management experience is required.
• Relationship/stakeholder management experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Partner with product managers or initiative leaders to ensure alignment and thorough planning.
• Maintain visibility into all projects within the Consumer Strategy & Design scope.
• Provide leadership with information to facilitate rapid decision-making on strategic initiatives.
• Develop an overall project view focused on critical priorities to advance projects and mitigate issues.
• Maintain a balanced scorecard to report on key metrics and project progress.
