You will develop project plans, define objectives, establish metrics, and promote AdventHealth's mission across teams, coordinating with content experts to maintain deliverables.

Qualifications

• Two+ years of healthcare experience.
• Graphic design experience of at least 2 years.
• Project management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to collaborate with content experts.

Responsibilities

• Plan, lead, and execute strategic improvement initiatives that drive operational excellence and measurable outcomes.
• Develop project plans, define objectives, and establish metrics to measure outcomes and success.
• Assess current processes to identify opportunities for standardization and greater efficiency.
• Lead projects with strong team involvement and conduct structured, effective meetings to set priorities.
• Develop and implement business plans using AdventHealth design drivers and track deliverables.
• Interact with all levels of the organization and across departments; promote the mission and vision.
