Qualifications

• Formal project management experience.
• Relationship/stakeholder management experience.

Responsibilities

• Partners with product managers or initiative leaders to ensure alignment and thorough planning.
• Maintains visibility into all projects within the Consumer Strategy & Design scope.
• Provides leadership with information to facilitate rapid decision-making on strategic initiatives.
• Develops an overall project view focused on critical priorities to advance projects and mitigate issues.
• Maintains a balanced scorecard to report on key metrics and project progress.
• Monitors project risks and scope creep early to identify potential problems.
• Proactively addresses identified problems and presents solutions to management.
• Collaborates with internal and external stakeholders to understand processes and timelines.
• Develops comprehensive project plans that include scope, timelines, communication strategies, deliverables, metrics, activation, and sustainment strategies.
• Builds accurate and integrated project timelines and deliverables.
• Manages and regularly updates all project details in the project management system.
• Provides timely and accurate documentation and effective management of partners to meet key deliverables.
• Other duties as assigned.
