Job summary

Carolina Ascent FC is seeking a Consumer Products Manager to lead creative product design, brand experiences, and retail operations for CAFC and Charlotte Independence. You will drive revenue through innovative merchandise concepts, visual merchandising, and engaging fan experiences both online and in stadiums.

The role requires strong leadership, design proficiency with Shopify and Adobe Creative Suite, and the ability to manage game-day retail and seasonal programs with a hands-on approach.

Qualifications

• Degree in sports management, marketing, retail and/or graphic design preferred.
• Experience with collegiate or professional sports/entertainment preferred.
• Portfolio of creative product development, visual merchandising, or e-commerce design.

Responsibilities

• Lead creative product design and brand experience development for retail merchandise and activations.
• Direct online store visuals, photography styling, site layout, and e-commerce enhancements.
• Plan and supervise in-stadium and pop-up retail operations and event-day setups.
