  • Translate complex product and user data into clear recommendations that inform product priorities, audience growth and monetization decisions
  • Identify strategic opportunities to improve user journeys, feature design and engagement funnels to deepen loyalty

  • You have a bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as communications, journalism, Data Science, Marketing or equivalent professional experience

  • You have demonstrated ability to analyze user behavior, product performance and using those insights to influence product or business decisions
  • You bring curiosity, consumer empathy and sound judgment to open-ended questions and are comfortable making recommendations
  • You have strong SQL skills and working knowledge of Python or R for querying large datasets, identifying trends and building repeatable analyses
  • You have hands-on experience with analytics and visualization tools such as BigQuery, Hex, Omni and Looker
  • You have experience with Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager, including event tracking and measurement strategy
  • You are comfortable collaborating with product managers, engineers, editorial teams and other cross‑functional stakeholders
What will set you apart

  • Experience in digital publishing, media subscription, marketplace or other content‑driven consumer products
  • Background working with BigQuery or other large‑scale data warehousing platforms
